When I was asked to preach in Italy, I gave the pastor a couple of options that he’d like me to address, and the sermon he chose is on the same topic I address in this video. This is, apparently, a universal problem. I’ve been reading an early book of John Ortberg’s that talks about a neglected spiritual discipline that I believe can transform our marriages and that directly addresses this problem. We’ll review one of the chapters together as I apply the powerful truths to the marriage relationship in particular. Confronting the greatest problem in our marriages can become the platform for a more intimate relationship overall.
