How the OCEAN Acronym Can Improve Your Relationship
During my research for an upcoming book, I came across a very helpful acronym that describes five personality traits that tend to be genetic in nature. It led to a great conversation with my wife and some friends, helping us understand ourselves, our spouses, and our relationship. I believe it could start a great conversation with your spouse, as well, and perhaps with a small group.
